Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
Site Mirror saves a web page to your own computer. The page itself never reaches us. This policy explains the small amount of information we do hold, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
Site Mirror is operated by Yori Labs Private Limited, at YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS. For anything in this policy, including requests to see or delete your data, contact bhavik@yorilabs.com.
What we never collect
This is the important part, so it comes first. When you capture a website, everything — the HTML, the stylesheets, the fonts, the images, the video, the scripts — is assembled inside your own browser and written straight to your downloads folder. No part of any page you capture is ever uploaded, transmitted or stored by us. We cannot see which pages you keep, and we could not hand them to anyone else if we were asked.
We also do not use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies on this website or in the extension.
What we do collect
| Information | Why | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, profile picture | To identify your account so your plan follows you between computers | Google, when you sign in |
| Domain names you capture | To count the free allowance. We store the site's address only — for example
example.com — never anything from the page |
The extension |
| Subscription status | To know whether your plan is active | Stripe or Razorpay |
| Server logs | Security and fault diagnosis. Includes IP address and timestamps | Automatic |
We never see your card number, UPI ID or bank details. Payment details are collected by Stripe and Razorpay on their own systems and never pass through ours.
Why we are allowed to hold it
- To provide the service you asked for — your account and your capture count exist because you chose to sign in and use Site Mirror.
- Our legitimate interest — keeping the service secure and working, and preventing abuse.
- Legal obligation — payment and tax records we are required to keep.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. It reaches only the companies that operate parts of the service on our behalf:
| Company | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Sign-in. Google confirms who you are; we receive your name, email and picture | |
| Render | Hosting for the website, the service and the database |
| Stripe | Card payments outside India |
| Razorpay | UPI and card payments in India |
How long we keep it
- Account and usage: for as long as your account exists, and deleted within 30 days of you closing it.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Payment records: as long as tax law requires, which is typically several years, and separately from your account.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you these rights explicitly, including the right to object and the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you comparable rights.
To use any of them, email bhavik@yorilabs.com. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your name, email, picture and your list of captured domains. The websites already saved on your own computer are yours and are unaffected.
What the extension's permissions are for
Chrome shows a list of permissions on install. Each one exists for a specific job:
| Permission | Used for |
|---|---|
| downloads | Writing the finished folder to your disk |
| scripting | Reading the page as your browser has rendered it |
| debugger | Device preview, which emulates phone and tablet screens |
| tabs, sidePanel | Knowing which page the panel is pointed at |
| storage | Remembering your settings and sign-in, on your machine |
| offscreen | Building the ZIP without freezing the browser |
| identity | Signing in with Google |
| access to all sites | So you can capture whichever page you are on. It is used only on the page you actively choose to capture |
Children
Site Mirror is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and, where the change affects you, tell you by email.

Using Site Mirror also means agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, which cover plans, billing and acceptable use.
Copyright
