Terms & Conditions
Last updated 31 August 2026
This is the agreement between you and Yori Labs Private Limited for using Site Mirror. Installing the extension or signing in means you accept it.
01Who you are agreeing with
Site Mirror is provided by Yori Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India, at REGISTERED ADDRESS (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at bhavik@yorilabs.com.
02What Site Mirror does
Site Mirror is a Chrome extension that saves a web page you are viewing to your own computer — its HTML, stylesheets, fonts, images, video and scripts — as a folder that opens offline. It also reads the page's design system and lets you export colours, type, spacing and per-element code.
The capture runs inside your browser. We do not host, store or transmit the pages you capture.
03Your account
- You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure.
- One account is for one person. Do not share credentials.
- You must be at least 16, and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
- Give us accurate information and keep it current.
04Plans and payment
| Plan | What you get |
|---|---|
| Free | Capture up to 2 distinct websites. Re-capturing a site you have already used stays free and does not count again |
| Pro | Unlimited websites, billed monthly in advance |
- Prices are shown before you pay and may include taxes such as GST where applicable.
- Payments are handled by Stripe and Razorpay. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- If a payment fails, we may downgrade you to Free until it succeeds.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
05Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Because the service is delivered immediately and in full, fees already paid are generally non-refundable. If Site Mirror did not work as described, write to us within 7 days and we will look at it properly and refund where that is fair. Nothing here removes any refund right the law gives you.
06How you may and may not use it
The important one. Site Mirror copies websites. Only copy sites you own, or have the owner's permission to copy, or that you are otherwise legally entitled to copy. Whether a copy is lawful is your responsibility, not ours — we cannot see what you capture and cannot check it for you.
You agree not to:
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trade marks, database rights or other rights.
- Republish or resell a copied site as your own, or pass off someone's work as yours.
- Capture material that is unlawful, or that you obtained by breaking into a system or bypassing an access control.
- Break the terms of a site you are capturing, where those terms forbid it.
- Use Site Mirror to build a competing capture product, or to scrape at a scale that burdens the sites you point it at.
- Resell, sublicense or share your access, or work around the free-tier limit.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the extension or our service, except where law allows it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
07Who owns what
We own Site Mirror — the extension, the service, the website, the name and the branding. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while these terms are in force. Nothing transfers ownership to you.
What you capture belongs to whoever owned it in the first place. We claim no rights over it, and we grant you none.
08What we do not promise
Site Mirror is provided “as is”. Websites vary enormously, and some cannot be captured perfectly — content that loads from a live server, digital-rights-protected video, and anything that needs a login may be incomplete or absent offline. We do not warrant that any particular site will capture completely or work identically offline.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we depend on Google, Render, Stripe and Razorpay, whose outages we cannot control.
09Limits on our liability
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period, or INR 1,000.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of Site Mirror in breach of section 06 — in particular any claim that something you captured infringed someone's rights.
10Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time by cancelling and uninstalling. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.
Sites already saved on your computer are yours and are unaffected.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give notice by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Site Mirror after that means you accept the new terms.
12Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of CITY OF YOUR REGISTERED OFFICE have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be excluded by agreement.
13Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
